Welcome to the IOSS Website

The primary responsibility of the Interagency OPSEC Support Staff (IOSS) is to act as a consultant to other U.S. government departments or agencies by providing technical guidance and assistance that will result in self-sufficient OPSEC Programs for the protection of U.S operations. Members of the IOSS staff assess OPSEC programs, assist in OPSEC program development, conduct surveys, assessments and provide OPSEC training.

The IOSS further supports the National OPSEC Program by providing multimedia products and presenting events that attract attendees from the security, intelligence, research and development, acquisition, and law enforcement communities. These events include the National OPSEC Conference and Exhibition, the National Threat Symposium, and regional training symposia.

New User Registration

Eligibility: In order to acquire an IOSS account you must be a Government Employee or a contractor who supports a government contract which has an OPSEC requirement or Public Safety Personnel.

Sign-up: If you do not have an IOSS account and would like one, please click the Login/Register button, then click the Sign-Up button under the "New Customer" heading. You will be required to complete a customer profile to include a work mailing address, contact phone number, and email address. After you submit the form, you will receive a system-generated email to verify your email address. Click the link contained in the email or cut and paste the URL into your browser's location bar. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please email the IOSS at IOSS@radium.ncsc.mil. You will be notified by email when your account has been approved or denied by the IOSS. Note: During the weekend, please allow 48 hours to process your account request. Until your account is approved, you will be unable to login or order products.
